Perfect cozy place for summer couple vacation

Modern design, rare set of cactuses, very good salty water swimming pool, deep on the one side, safe and kids friendly on the other, free deck chairs around the swimming pool zone, we used only those for daily chill, sometimes going to 2 minutes walking down to the beach just to dive into the sea. All is freshly renovated, recently refurbished rooms with EXCEPTIONAL comfortable mattresses, clean and wide shower area (room 103), window exit to the swimming pool area, if you’re lucky to have pool view room. Superb breakfast with great sea view, free rental bikes as an option! (but we didn’t try). A big advantage for the pet owners, as it’s a pet friendly hotel, next time we come for a longer stay as we can bring our cat. Room is cozy and comfy, equipped with a fridge and AC, there is also a tv, but wasn’t connected to the internet. Close by there are many great seafood restaurants, for lunch and dinner options.

You’re unlucky if your neighbors are smokers, all the smoke goes into your window. Breakfast is so tasty, but when it’s served on the open air terrace, lots of wasps are aiming to steal something from your plate (could be annoying or even dangerous in case of allergies).

One of the best hotels and value for money I have ever stayed at....

This was a fantastic surprise during our 3 weeks in France/Italy. Such friendly staff. Gorgeous upgraded room with nice decor and super bathroom. Breakfast was spectacular with view of the ocean. Food was great both for breakfast and lunch. The pool area amazing and a short walk to the beach where our room had lounge chairs included. Walking distance to a great town with wide pedestrian streets with many, many restaurants. Sandy beeches also. Owner visible and nice too. SPECTACTULAR VALUE. It is rare we don´t have complaints about a hotel....but this is one of those!. Will be back.

Perfect relaxation

we booked this last minute 3 day escape and it was the perfect place to rest and disconnect. The best things were the smiles and good service received from the hotel staff, the food in the hotel restaurant 5 stars, nice salt water pool and a short walk to the beach. Note that in this area to spend the day at the beach you need to rent a place with umbrella and sunbeds in one of the various beach clubs along the cost but price is okay and in turn you can have a relaxing day in a sandy not very deep long beach, you can do beach sports, have a nice meal, and enjoy refreshments. The town Diano Marina is small and dont expect lots of enterntainment or shops but there are some nice restaurants to have dinner at and a walk along the promenade in the evening with a gelato is a great plan. We also rented bikes in Imperia and did an afternoon of cycling along the coast which was lovely. We initially thought it was possible to do this from our hotel, but this bike and walking pathway along the beach is closed from Diano to Imperia for the rest of 2025.

No service in bar, slow, breakfast should be buffet, dog not allowed outside or by the beach. They however made an exception for us.

Generally great, soundproofing issues on comfort rooms.

Good location quite close to the beach. Breakfast was very good, and the place was kept clean surprisingly well. Hotel offers bikes for customers free of charge, strongly recommend, easy way to get to the centre, where most of the restaurants are. There are some hotel restaurants/bars at the beachfront, but much better offering in the centre (quality + variety).

Soundproofing in the comfort wing (separate building next to the main hotel, attached with a corridor) was tragicomic. You can practically hear louder breathing. We had first a 'sneezer-cougher' as an other side neighbour for 2 nights and the a family with small baby on the other side for 1 night. It's of course natural to hear something, but this was really not the case. So - if you feel this might be a problem, make sure you have a room in the 'main' building (we had another room there, and no soundproofing problems at all). Parking might be a challenge as well, they have garage, but make sure you have played your tetris before using it. There are places one the street on weekdays, weekends are more difficult as the locals come to the beach as well.

Nice looking hotel, clean and in a great location

Lovely property in a good location. Quiet but within easy walking distance of the centre of town. We had a refurbished room which, although quite compact, had everything we needed. The breakfast had a good choice including scrambled eggs and bacon. We took our dog who was made very welcome.

Although there was a good choice of breakfast options, we didn't understand why half was self service and half had to be served to you by the staff. This didn't seem to make any logical sense.

great hotel, lovely staff, beautiful destination

We stayed for a couple of nights here and really enjoyed it. the staff were lovely and very patient whilst we tried to speak Italian. the room was clean and comfortable, beautiful views. the food was lovely. overall a great stay

Amazing view from the balcony, clean and modern rooms (and bathroom), lovely breakfast, clean pool, overall great ambience. Staff was always friendly and polite.

Could inform in info text that there is a 25 EUR fee for the sunbeds at the beach club (as this is not common in all other countries) so it does not come as a surprise.

Perfect aside from the dinner

The hotel is beautiful, the pool and grounds are lovely, staff are great and reception helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Comfy bed and stunning view of the sea from the balcony.

Dinner wasn’t great. We ate far better in town. I was promised a special dish for dessert as I didn’t like the set menu but then told at dinner I couldn’t have it. We would have gone elsewhere for dinner had I known this was the case. I was refunded for it, but it ruined the meal and last evening for me. Not much choice for vegetarians/vegans.

Exceptional

Hotel is located just a few meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city centre with a lot of restaurants & bars. Our room with balcony was renovated and tastefully furnished. Rich buffet breakfast has been served on terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great swimming pool and very friendly staff - definitely a place to come back again!

The two dining room staff rushed us through meal despite booking, commented kitchen closed when asked for desert.no coffee offered. Made it clear they wanted us to go. The two staff were on their scooter home as we left dining room. Very poor customer care by these two staff
