Breakfast was awesome! So many choices and everything in the hotel was spotless.

The elevator that goes from the front (outside) to the lobby was not indicated so we had to carry our luggage up to registration but that is the only small thing that could be improved.

Great hotel for a stopover on the way to Jesolo Beach! (70KM away but 50 mins drive)

We booked the hotel around 7 pm the same day and checked in around 11.30 pm and got surprised by the hospitality received from the night guardian; clean & modern room with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and excellent Italian-style breakfast, free parking (with roofing) & lift access from outside if you have heavy luggage like us. 100% recommended!

everything was perfect! maybe they could improve the breakfast options a little (with more continental options) but not a big deal! We would definitely go there again!

They served a nice breakfast with multiple options and a coffee service.It was refilled and freshly made.The second receptionist was nice and keen to help us and the other staff around the hotel were nice to meet aswell.

The night shift was rude and didn’t explain anything other than where the elevator and breakfast room are located by quick hand gestures.They repeatedly asked us to leave our IDs with him since we’ll get them back in the morning, when I asked how long it would take him to validate our reservation he said 5 mins and so we waited.The room was very dusty and the minibar only had 2 water bottles in it and on top of that a nasty brown stain in it.The beds were uncomfortable at best and the provided AC only blew more dust onto us resulting in us turning it off.

when we arrive at 10:00 pm the recepcionist say to us “sorry we don’t have available rooms” and after i was go back to parking area and open booking app and make a reservation. he was so rude

Very nice hotel, confortable, with good breakfast. Room was nice and clean. All stuff members were very helpful and polite. Overall, I would reccoment this hotel to everyone.

no frills - but it is clean, convenient, spacious and easily accessible.

we had a slightly larger, ‘superior’ room - which was a good size with a spacious bathroom including a bath tub. It is a commercial, business hotel on a main road, not close to the town centre. But there is good access, parking and it is very competitively priced

Conegliano - another authentic Italian city

We found this hotel modern, clean, comfortable and very quiet -being situated some distance from the lively city centre. The hotel staff were very friendly, spoke good English and we were able to immediately store our E-bikes under safe cover.

The hotel lay almost three kilometres outside of the delightful city centre of Conegliano and it was quite a hike on foot into town. Its definitely more suited to guests with cars. Apart from that there were no other issues.
