We definitely recommend it and we will be back!

The stuff was very Kind in the morning -we arrived late in the night but still an envelope was waiting for us as informed by an email-. The room was very clean!! We had a great breakfast buffet -including ingredients for Mimosa cocktail!- We had a small surprise in our room because of my husbands birthday!

We could use a water boiler in the room but I am sure that if i have thought about it and asked they would have provided! There was a noise from a kid next room but... ok

Wouldn't do it again

It was conveniently located close to Europa Park with transport access, free parking and free parking ticket to Europa Park.

The room is not soundproof and I could hear noises from the neighbouring canteen and upstairs guests ALL NIGHT long. There was also a cricket in our room which kept me awake. They also needed to repair our shutter blinds and three men tried to come into our room whilst we were showering and wouldn't take no for an answer. We had to close the door on them.

Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect for one night.

Perfect for a night before going to Europapark! The flexibility for the check-in really helped and meant we didn’t have the added stress of having to be on time.

Breakfast was great but lacked gluten or lactose intolerant options. (I was able to make do with what was available but maybe that part could be improved in the future)

Basic stay with good breakfast

Hotel and room were very clean and is very close to Europa Park. Breakfast is also nice and receptionist at check out very friendly.

The hotel is very basic and for 1 night, just to sleep, it is all right. It is a bit outside of town, on which looks like a small industrial park. Not a lot of atmosphere therefore and wouldn't stay more than one night, but for sleep and breakfast it is good. Also, check-in after 14.00h is "contactless" (normal check-in is between 7.00h - 14.00h, I guess due to the fact people will check-in first and then go to Europa Park). This means that after 14.00h reception is closed and you obtain your keycard after entering the hotel with a security code. So no personnel to be seen after 14.00h till the next morning. Area is safe enough I guess, but it feels a bit odd. There is a emergency number presented at reception however, in case of issues.

After all it was a good experience

the convenient of location

one of the employees tried to charge us for my 3y son breakfast when the breakfast it was included on the booking price …We travel a lot and something like that never happened to us ! BTW we knew our rights so we didn’t pay after complaining of the lack of professionalism.

Super close to Europa Park - Rulantica

Went down to eat breakfast at 9 am and almost all hot items were done and gone. More guest kept coming and they still wouldn’t refill or make more warm eggs. No A/C and couldn’t open windows at night since there’s a smoking club type of business behind the hotel and they were pretty loud at night.

Good value for money

The staff do not register the breakfast payments on site or parking tickets and keep chasing you to pay it again on the following day or at checkout. This was extremely uncomfortable and happened with all the others in our group. The hotel needs to improve the control process. Be sure to ask for a receipt because they only accept cash.

Pleasant room, clean and comfy, satisfying breakfast, great location, nice staff, complimentary bottle of water, easy check-in.

Breakfast could last longer and be in a nicer room, more explanation about the included shuttle to the parks.
