The stuff was very Kind in the morning -we arrived late in the night but still an envelope was waiting for us as informed by an email-. The room was very clean!! We had a great breakfast buffet -including ingredients for Mimosa cocktail!-
We had a small surprise in our room because of my husbands birthday!
We could use a water boiler in the room but I am sure that if i have thought about it and asked they would have provided!
There was a noise from a kid next room but... ok

Perfect for a night before going to Europapark!
The flexibility for the check-in really helped and meant we didn’t have the added stress of having to be on time.
Breakfast was great but lacked gluten or lactose intolerant options. (I was able to make do with what was available but maybe that part could be improved in the future)

the convenient of location
one of the employees tried to charge us for my 3y son breakfast when the breakfast it was included on the booking price …We travel a lot and something like that never happened to us !
BTW we knew our rights so we didn’t pay after complaining of the lack of professionalism.
