Great if you want to get the train into out of the park.

Hotel staff very helpful, especially dropping off the cases so we could go straight to the park. How close it is to the train station, and the Pizza place across the road, very good after a day at the park.

Not much else around apart from the garage and Pizza place, but kind of knew that anyhow when I booked.

Great hotel convenient for Europa Park.

Breakfast was excellent - great variety of hot and cold food to fill up my teenage boys. The rooms were smart and immaculate. Staff were all lovely and happy to answer all of our questions. The hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station. The bus to Park Europa stops right outside the hotel. There is a good pizza place, a kebab restaurant (actually really good food) and a supermarket a couple of mins away.

I couldn’t suggest any improvements.

Great accomodation for short trip specially if you are targeting Europa-Park.

The hotel and room matches the expectations for Holiday Inn, great breakfast, friendly stuff, seamless check-in and check-out process.

Although the room was clean, however there was kinda old stains on the room carpet.

easy stay

Very clean, helpful staff, continental breakfast, outdoor parking available, close to the park and easy access to the hotel from the highway.

There is no daily cleaning room but you can change towels at the reception, there is no fridge or safety box in the room but you can keep your belongings at reception.

Very nice hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Europa Park with a car.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The WiFi was very good. The breakfast was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very close to Europa Park but I would only recommend staying here for there if you have a car and not taking the bus.

The air con flaps would not open so their was not much cool air being put into my room and their was no maintenance at the hotel that week. If you are travelling for Europa Park the buses are very full from here and you are not guaranteed to get on one so I would recommend staying closer if you do not have a car.

Ultra-clean, nice staff and great value.

This hotel is very new and so everything is bright, clean and crisp. It was very hot when we arrived and the cool, spacious reception area was like an oasis! The staff were very helpful, although they weren't able to give us two rooms close together, so our two teenage kids got to spend a night of relative freedom away from their parents, but this felt like the kind of place where you didn't need to worry about a thing. It's a Holiday Inn room, so you probably know what to expect. Decent sized room, nice compact bathroom, simple kettle, a safe, a tv and pretty comfy bed. All good. The included breakfast was really good, very fresh and available from 6.30, which was great. We were going to Europa Land the next day and there is a bus-stop right outside the hotel, but be warned - most people are getting on the stop before at Ringsheim station, so when we got on the bus was packed (and we had two large suitcases) the driver kindly let us on anyway and didn't charge.

Bar prices were a bit steep but other than that nothing, it's a very nice hotel.

The location is perfect, there are buses passing by to Europark or the water park. The breakfast is very rich, and there are boiled eggs, which I rarely encounter in other European hotels. Quiet and comfortable, I love the welcoming staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel and it was nicely located for visiting Europapark.

The room was a bit small and there was not many space to store bags and belongings of two persons, but the beds were great, the room was clean, and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Our room was a bit noisy in the sense that the neighbors could be heard (from the floor above our room), but this did not bother us to a great extent.

An affordable gem, right next to Europa-Park.

The hotel is 10min from Europa-Park and more or less one hour from both France and Switzerland. The room and hotel is super clean, really nice and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, really nice breakfast and great parking. There is even a gas station right next to the hotel. What’s not to like! Anja at the front desk was super helpful and friendly and even helped us when we wanted to stray an extra night. The breakfast team was always smiling and everything was stocked and super clean, making everything so much more enjoyable!

The hotel did have air conditioning but it could have been colder. Other than that everything was amazing!

Quiet room even on the first floor, good breakfast, very good location - the bus stop for Europa Park is located right in front of the hotel, the train station is 5 minutes away, there is a supermarket in 2 minutes and couple of places to eat really close.

Price benefit ballance is not good.

This hotel is in the middle of no where, if you are not coming for Europapark, but it's not at walking distance. You can take a shuttle bus.

There is no safe at rooms. No wardrobe, just very narrow hanger and 1 shelve. Price benefit ballance is not good, I have seen many hotels inside the Rust which is at walking distance to Europapark, I would have stayed at one of this hotel if I have known.
