The hotel was generally clean, so that is probably the main positive thing I can say. As for the location, it is a bit far if your main reason for staying there is visiting Europa-Park. And apart from that, there is really nothing interesting nearby, so it is not exactly a place where the surroundings make you want to stay longer.
Unfortunately, the experience at check-in was poor. I realized at check-in that I had made a mistake with the number of days and immediately asked to cancel the last breakfast. Instead of handling a simple request professionally, receptionist was visibly unhappy about it and decided to comment, “nobody eats breakfast at 5:00.”

Is was very clean, and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable.
The only negative thing was that the AC in our room didn't work. We only stayed for one night, so we slept with the windows open. It was perfectly fine.

The property was amazing. Clean, perfect for families since we stayed in a 2 bedroom bungalow with a living room, kitchen and table for dinning.

Breakfast, check inn, room all great.
Room-Size. Entering the bathroom with the 3rd persons bed being open is kinda tight.
