Is was very clean, and beautifully decorated. We felt very comfortable.

The only negative thing was that the AC in our room didn't work. We only stayed for one night, so we slept with the windows open. It was perfectly fine.

Easy - all is fine

The welcoming was super cold. I had the impression is was not welcomed when arrived at your desk. Terrible service. On the next morning it was perfect with a super team. But sometimes a bad experience at the beginning can leave a bitter taste on the whole stay. The lady who unwelcomed us should read this.

Generally it is clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception are very nice.

The room service is not that satisfying. The cleaning man only did the basic cleaning without providing us the box of tissue and bottles of water.

Overall comfortable hotel, just lacking basic things that would make it great.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. It's a pretty new hotel so it's expected that everything is brand new.

A bit pricy for what you get, no restaurant inside the hotel, not a single amenity inside the room, no phone to call reception from the room, queen bed were two small beds put together, private balcony was actually one long balcony which all the other rooms had access to, water pressure basically non existent, just dripping water, TV way too close to the bed.

Brilliant for access to Europa Park 5 mins away.

Absolutely spotless. Couldn’t fault it at all. The room was beautifully detailed. Bathroom big and spacious. Even the public toilets in the lobby were immaculately clean. The staff were great and helpful. The breakfast was as much as anyone would need and all fresh. Insider tip….If you like Italian food there is an all you can eat and drink buffet just behind the hotel. You can not go wrong. Food was excellent, drink free flowing and desserts to die for. Oh I wish I didn’t live so far away.

Perfect if you want quite place

Everything was great specially the staff were very helpful, also the location is perfect 9min to Europa-park by car and the area was quite and there is supermarket near the hotel you can reach it by walking, parking lots are available and free.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, new hotel, wonderful decoration, parking available, shuttle to parcs near by. Good breakfast, the FB supervisor Abd el Naim was very welcoming and detail oriented

Mattress and pillows not too comfortable, they are not bas, but need to be improved in my sense. Late check out very expensive

Location was very convenient for my purposes. Couldn't fault the facilities in general and staff were very friendly. Also useful that the checkout was by 12 as it made things more flexible.

Since they were still in the pre-opening phase they were a little vague on whether I could get a drink in the bar in the evening or not, and no food available in the evenings yet.

comfortable hotel that is perfect for a day trip to Europa-Park

close to the train station and to a bus stop that connects to Europa-Park. room is nice and the decor is fun. had a comfortable sleep on the bed.

hotel seems to be fairly new and it does smell a bit like a newly built building… if you know what I mean. check-out also closes at 9pm at the moment which is fine but if you want to stay out a bit longer you need to watch out for the time
