Good location and friendly staff, but cleanliness could be improved

The hotel is very close to Europa-Park, which was a big advantage. Overall, it offers good value for the price. The breakfast was nice, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

There was some dust, and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The bed linens were very basic and had small hairs on them.

Outstanding stay with kids

Great family room! It was on the ground floor with a small terrace with a coffee table. Amazing breakfast with varied meals. Parking is including at the hotel yard. And of course just 5 minutes drive to the Park.

Very friendly staff, really clean, great breakfast. Location was excellent for a trip to europark. The room’s had great furniture, excellent shower and good beds.

Perfect stay!!

Absolutely everything was perfect. It was so clean. Beds were SO comfortable. Pillows were large and supportive. AC was cold and abundant. Perfect location for Rulantica, Europa Park, and so many other places. Breakfast was great. The staff was great. Everything was perfect.

Friendly nice stay

Had short stay with friends and family (10 persons in total) in Hotel La Toscana. Very warm and friendly staff. Breakfast included with many good options. No dinner possible as kitchen is closed in the evening, however, staff supported to make necessary arrangements to allow all of us to have dinner together in a quiet area. Overall, I highly recommend stay in this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, location was ideal for europa parks. Staff couldn't have been nicer, they Printed out places for us to go to while touring the area with extended family. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty for the children to eat with a Wide selection of foods. We will definitely recommend to friends and can't wait for our return visit.
