Location of hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants that close by. Good transport links
We chose a room with a small patio area. The patio are area not very attractive and not that comfortable to sit in.

Great location. Decent a/c.
Very poorly maintained room with plaster falling off wall and damaged toilet seat. Lift serves floors 1 - 5 only. We were on the 6th with heavy cases.
