Air conditioning, courtyard and delightful staff
Courtyard being used as a storage area and not well cleaned /tidied (unlike the rooms/entry/breakfast room).

The beds were comfortable, sleep was good, the staff is friendly and polite, location is far from everything yet, not in a very touristic area, you feel
More like local.
The bathroom should be cleaned better, the breakfast is very basic, as usually in Paris, the rooms are small and the general ambiance of the hotel is a bit shabby. Not good value for money at all.

The hotel with its location and how the rooms were located was very quiet. Very exceptional in Paris. Perfect lacation for me. Ot is next to nice shoping street with good choise of restaurants.
Bathroom organisation was done for pretty tall people. But it was ok for a short stay.

The room was quite large
Breakfast options were really poor. The omlette was over cooked and there were very few fruit and no veg, so basically only carbs... and even those of poor quality. Also, no lift...
