    Stayed for 3 nights, easy to get to from the train station, could walk to the trilogy of museums, Reina Sofia is literally next door, room was clean, had a fridge, good aircon, very close to the metro and lots of food option nearby

    The location is great but they gave me a room with no window. The balcony is locked with no direct light coming in to the room. It is quite suffocating:

    Good location, that’s it. Staff came across mostly cold and reserved. The service seems dated and unpleasant. Better places to stay for sure!!! Extremely expensive in accordance to the service provided. Rooms are a bit dated as well and require attention.
