Beautiful property & quiet neighborhood

The property was very clean, decorated very tasteful. Bedrooms were good size, beds super comfy! Spacious bathroom. Kitchen very nice. Living room furniture comfortable. Plenty of seating. We also loved the location. Restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was a bit challenging, but worked out with no issues.

My stay in the 2BHK home in Inverness was exceptionally comfortable and felt just like a home.

The home was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Both bedrooms were comfortable with plush bedding, while the living room offered a perfect spot to relax after a day exploring the Highlands. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. I particularly appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries and a selection of coffees and teas. The location was excellent—peaceful, yet just a short drive or pleasant walk from the city centre, shops, and local attractions. Overall, this 2BHK home was the perfect base for my visit to Inverness. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a true home-away-from-home experience.

The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. I loved the beds and the soft carpets in the rooms. The electric fireplace was also wonderful — we spent two quiet, cozy evenings there after walking and touring around the Isle of Skye. The bathrooms were very clean and perfectly fine as well. One small suggestion from my side: it would be great to add a small shelf in the shower to place essentials like shampoo, shower gel, etc. I would love to come back again!

A convenient spot

The apartment was updated in a good location and easy to access. It’s was nice and clean and leaving some snacks for the guests to enjoy was a nice touch.

The mattress in the master bedroom (opposite the kitchen) was super uncomfortable. It was an old spring mattresses that was well past its useful life. Every time I moved the springs would make a loud sound and were digging into me. Also there was no closet in this bedroom to hang things. A portable hanging rack was in the bedroom but it was very small and not very useful.

Perfect, except too short!

This was a beautifully furnished and comfortable apartment, I just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Communication with the host was excellent and she even tried to accommodate our change of plans. However, as a change wasn’t possible she left us some wine to enjoy! And the kitchen was well furnished with coffee, tea and milk in the fridge! Check in instructions were perfect and there was lots of information on the apartment and area once we got inside. As this is a ground floor apartment it was so nice to not have to drag luggage up flights of stairs! The apartment is very roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. I would definitely stay again!

Coziness in Inverness

Very nice and comfortable rooms. Well equipped kitchen though you have to get your supplies if you want to cook. A very quiet locality. Nice restaurants near by to relish the local cusine.

A little away from the city center. All restaurants and groceries are a 10-15 min walk from the accommodation.

The coziest, most spacious apartment we’ve ever stayed at! Décor was charming. The kitchen was an absolute dream. We had a down day to relax at the apartment and it was the perfect place to in wine and self-cater. There are two restaurants/pubs directly a cross the street, like less than 50 yds/meters. Both of which are fanastic. Great ground floor apartment for easy access. We were a three-generational party of 4 (âges 8-78) and it was perfection, everyone had their own Space to restore, spread out, and the lovely surprise was that each bed room had its own bathroom.

Disappointing that the heating was such a problem

Location was great, kitchen facilities good, property was clean

Heating did not work on arrival. We resolved part of the problem ourselves after several hours but the heating in front bedroom did not work all weekend which meant it was freezing in there

A good, comfortable break from hotels

Very comfortable space, quiet, clean, and nice. It was great to have a place to cook, do laundry, and have separate rooms with private bathrooms. There's a wonderful bakery and small market within a short walk. Beautiful neighborhood with friendly people.

Parking was a big challenge in the neighborhood. We couldn't get the dryer to work. Other things like the stovetop and towel dryers were a challenge, but there was a manual for the stove and we eventually figured out the towel dryers. Just things we aren't used to. Restaurants and shopping had to be driven to.

Workable, walkable comfortable stay for a diverse group

Instructions from host were very clear. We appreciated tips for cafes and restaurants and the instructions for using the washer/ dryer combo and clean up. Very walkable and close to shops and restaurants. We were 4 adults, a 7 year old and 5 month old. The living room is a separate room with a door so easy to make into a bedroom. The sofa bed operated easily and seemed comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

Bathrooms small but we are from the US and understand it’s an old building. We were happy to find a place with two bathrooms!

we loved being across the street from a fun pub (corriegarth) and a nice restaurant with great food. (Heathmount). Easy and charming walk to downtown. the property is well furnished and the kitchen is a delightful place to hang out for our group of 4.

We never figured out how to make the dryer actually dry clothes.

Beautiful and everything you need within easy reach.

Everything was great. The apartment was clean and wonderfully updated and decorated. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen/dining room seemed new. The location was exceptional. Only about 5-10 minutes to the main pedestrian street. Best of all, across the street are two quaint hotels with restaurants and at the intersection a block away is a “village” with a bakery, couple of cafes, a small grocery, and a deli. The sandwiches from the bakery were delish and the croissant from the cafe were buttery and crusty. We were sad to leave.

Spacious, beautiful, walking distance to town.

Wonderfully spacious-very much appreciated after traveling for weeks.

Beds and bedding were sub-par. Pillows need to be replaced-hard beds. Parking was difficult. For the price we paid I do not think we should have to clean up, run dishwasher take out trash etc. also firm 10 am check out was inconvenient, 11 is more appropriate. The decoration was awesome as was the kitchen.
