Appartement place Golbéry

Treatment was exceptional! The owner lives in the same building and was very nice while receiving us! Check in was needed to be later than described in the instructions at Booking because of the traffic jam and the owner was totally fine with it! (even let nice amenities thinking about my kids!) the building is in a nice place, but until Saturday you can park only from 19:00 until 9:00 and Sunday all day. We went during Christmas market period and had no problem to park there. As we were with the kids, we chose park the car near the city center during Christmas market visit. We arrived at Parcus Parking Austerlitz around 9 am and left around 8 pm. Was it expensive? Yes, but for us 18 euros was okay price to pay for comfort as we did not want to use public transport (quite full). If we left the car 24 hours it would have costed 22 euros, also an option if you want to walk 20 min from the building to the city center the next day. If you want a cheaper option, the owner offers you an explanation about using P+R which combines public transportation and parking for 4,60 euros. Please buy some bread from L’Atelier if staying here. Its five minutes walk and delicious breads and pastries! We arrived on Friday night and left Sunday morning, it was a fast but very enjoyable visit! ❤️ Staying in this place, central but still with a local experience, really made a big difference!
