Location.

It was extremely dirty. It was left in a condition which would have been unacceptable also if I wouldn’t have paid. It had mold, spider webs, spiders, hair, lots of smell due to the mold. I wouldn’t let sleep in a house/room that dirty not even someone I know just to do him a favor.

The location was convenient for me and I liked the size of the flat.

The flat wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were quite sticky and there was no tea towel in the kitchen.

The smell in the apartment was realy very bad (mold??).Open windows didn’t help. Floor was dirty (dust and hair), cups was dirty too.

underground location. same key for building entrance door and appartment door, doesn’t feel safe. bathroom a bit smelly. expensive

Not like in the pictures

Staff is nice and welcoming. There was an ironing board and an hair dryer. The plus is the location, close to the EU institutions.

The apartment was not as I imagined. In fact it is at the -1 floor, meaning no natural light at all especially in the afternoon. The facilities and furniture were also not very clean. No coffee machine.

A pleasant stay

The location is great for European Institutions. All you need for a pleasant stay. Good value for the money. It is quite. You can park the car on the street in the front of the property free of charge between 19.00 to 09.00. The free parking is just around the corner.

I din not noticed from the pictures that the apartment is at semi-basement level. But as the weather was cloudy and taking in to the consideration that the other facilities wore great that was not an issue for me. The property don`t provide toiletries I had to buy next day some in the shop. All this did not affect the general perception.

Pas terrible !

La literie est confortable même le canapé. L’appartement est petit . Mais pour dormir ça va . Quartier très calme

L’appartement est petit . Mais pour dormir ça va . loin de tous commerces . Pour le reste . Très tres sale !! Je n’ai jamais vu ça ! Le sol , la vaisselle. La plaque de cuisson , les placards de cuisine , le frigo !! Et même le linge de lit j’ai eu un doute car taché . Et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas, et si j’en crois les commentaires depuis 2022. J’Ai contacté l’hôte qui a bien lu mon message mais sans réponse . Pas de balais, pas de serpillière.pas d’aspirateur. L’appartement est au sous-sol donc très peu de lumière. Très loin du centre ville et des transports en communs .. bref un investissement qui fait du fric sans se soucier de ses clients..
