The host was very responsive, friendly, and prompt. They provided detailed instructions with pictures to help us locate keys and the door. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the thought behind the freshly baked snacks, but we are both gluten free and didn't get to enjoy them.
In the pictures, it's hard to tell that the nice updated bathroom does not include a toilet. Instead, the toilet looks like a bit of an afterthought in a narrow utility closet with the water heater and breaker box. The room and subsequently the toilet seat were always colder than everywhere else. I can appreciate the host did their best to make the space as comfortable as possible, but I would have preferred to know this ahead of time. However, had I seen a picture, I probably wouldn't have booked, so I get why it's downplayed. It's honestly my only issue with the space.
