Elvestua was an amazing property. Everything from the comfortable accommodations, sauna, indoor fire pit, it was a treat to stay there. Tommy is an amazing host and very warm. Great base for hiking in Senja if you dont mind a bit of a drive to the main hikes

The location, the peacefulness, the summer hut, the sauna, the river, the facilities. This is an amazing place to stay, particularly for several days.

Amazing location! The house was really comfortable for us, especially as there were only two of us. The BBQ hut is awesome. Tommy is an incredible and generous host.
We forgot to bring bug repellent but we’re able to pick some up in nearby Gibostad.

This was one of our most unique stays in whole Norway. Loved the personal attention of Tommy and the whole Norwegian authentic house feeling! In the middle of nature next to a waterfall and river we had magical evenings. There is the grill gazebo in the garden which we used a lot for grilling meat and koselig fireplace. The house is big and everything is inside what you need. Also met Tommy and his family which was great! Highly recommended to visit here. We had 3 nights, but we had regret not to booked more days here! Thanks Tommy and maybe see each other again!
