Nice cottage with a big terrace next to fishing harbour.

Absolutely charming Sjøhytte in very peaceful area. Location was good and what a view. 😍 There was a small harbour for fisher men and nice sandy beach only 500 meters away. Kitchen was well equipped. Almost all you needed and extrabonus was wood goal grill on the big terrace. Terrace was great, nice furniture got usage while our stay - sun was shining all day (and night) ☀️ Nearest shop was about 7 km away. Location was also good for our purposes - avoiding grouded places. Good loction for longer stay and making day trips around the Island. In the area are no services like bars or cafes etc. After a four night stay even locals Rose their hand passing by. Sauna on on request on another building. Bedrooms were ok and linen, pillows and blankets very good. This cottage was also a good place for remote work. Quiet and good WiFi. We liked this place a lot! Thanks for very nice Kristin for arrangements and relaxed attitude for sauna missunderstanding. 😂👍

A very peaceful place where you can relax and enjoy the northern lights.

A house in a typical norwegian climate. Beautifully situated right on the shore of the fjord. A great place to observe the northern lights. Very nice host 😊

Too small beds for two people. You can sleep comfortably only separately.

This place feels like home

Everything was just perfect. Kristin and Eivind are so nice and helpful! Me and the rest of the team were amazed by the beauty of the location, magnificent surroundings and super comfortable apartment and cottage. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna helped us to warm up after long winter hikes in the mountains of Senja and catching the aurora in different spots of the island. I feel like Laukvik Fiskecamp is a place where I'll be coming back each time I visit Senja. It felt like home thousands of kilometers from our real homes :)

Apartment was clean and cosy. There was very well equipped kitchen, wifi, cleaning agents for cleaning apartment on your own.

Owners didn't sent us ANY information with tips how to get to apartment earlier. I wrote them on booking on arrival day at 12am. Until after call, they sent me the code to enter the house. We were on place at 10pm. It was snowing and we didn't know that owner has few houses there. Our roaming was very bad there. After another call they told me what is the name of our apartment and we finally found it (after 40 minutes on snow)... Next matter is that we want to use sauna. Previously we have texted that is extra pay 500NOK but last day morning (half an hour before check out) they told me by SMS that is free and we have the key togerher with our house key. It wasn't so important but this kind information should be sent earlier, before the arrival. I understand that owners were on vacation but it was sad that we paid for the apartament in advance and there was no information about so important details like how to enter the house.

Comfortable and well-equipped cabin in a beautful, quiet location with splendid views. The level of hospitality extended to us was quite unique; we felt treated like royals. Highly recommended.
