Exceptional stay in every possible way. The house is very well equipped, located in the middle of nature right in front of the fjords, with stunning views. There is a private sauna and everything you need in the kitchen so you can really cook anything you want. The Wi‑Fi is excellent (fiber), fast enough to work remotely without any issue.
The setting is extremely quiet and peaceful. Reindeer regularly walk through the garden, which is super cute and magical, and never felt dangerous. We saw the Northern Lights 2–3 times directly from the house, which was absolutely amazing. There are plenty of things to do around, especially the island of Sommarøy where you can hike and explore beautiful landscapes. Overall it’s a very nature‑focused stay, perfect if you want to chase the Northern Lights.
There is a small convenience store about 12–13 minutes away where you can find most of what you need. However, I would recommend doing a bigger grocery run at a supermarket near the airport when you arrive, because apart from that small shop there isn’t much else around but honestly, that’s also the charm of the place.
You can go straight from the spa to the sea just in front of the house to “live like a Norwegian,” which was an unforgettable experience. Kristin, the host, is incredibly helpful, gives great advice and is very responsive on Booking.
We truly didn’t find anything we didn’t like: everything was exactly perfect.

La vue sur la mer depuis le salon et la cuisine, le calme exceptionnel, l'équipement-la déco-la propreté de la maison, le sauna au sous-sol, les raquettes, la qualité de la literie, ... Mais aussi les échanges avec Kristin, toujours dispo pour des renseignements et de bons conseils.
Sans compter les aurores vues 3 jours sur 4, la rencontre avec les rennes, le panorama et les paysages découverts lors d'une sortie en raquettes.

Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Man fühlte sich direkt wohl. Schön abgelegen, 1h von Tromsö mit dem Auto ohne Fähre gut erreichbar. Sauna war perfekt.
Habe lange überlegt, aber wirklich nichts gefunden.

Bereits vor dem Aufenthalt haben wir viele wertvolle Informationen erhalten. Jederzeit sehr netter Kontakt und jede Frage wurde rasch beantwortet. Sowohl das Check-in als auch das Check-out sind völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Es ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, hat schnelles Internet. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft. Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir auch Polarlichter sehen. Zudem konnten wir mehrmals vom warmen Wohnzimmer aus viele Rentiere rund ums Haus beobachten.
Die Sauna ist super und hat ebenfalls eine tolle Aussicht. Für uns war einzig die Dusche vielleicht etwas zu eng ;-).
Der Aufenthalt hat uns rundum sehr gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
