Comfortable and great location.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located for the city centre, restaurants etc and a good breakfast. The secure parking is a bonus.

Cosy and cental location

The apartment was very clean and cosy and in a great location to walk into town.

The bathroom and dressing area was very dark so not easy to do makeup.

A lovely place to stay to explore the old town of Le Mans.

Perfect for the old centre of Le Mans.

Excellent location with gated secure parking. Property owner was very congenial and was able to give all sorts of good information about the town and it's attractions. He also provided with a very nice breakfast delivered in person in a basket. He is someone who is committed to providing a good service. I would recommend and will return if possible when I visit in the future.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are down to a budget but it all works and importantly the bed was comfortable. So I'm not complaining.

A perfect stopover on our way to the Dieppe ferry

Entry was very easy, with our host there to let us in on arrival, and explained everything, including the keys and locks, very clearly. The property is very stylish, excellent condition, and quiet. The comprehensive breakfast was delivered on time in a sweet basket as pictured with everything one could ask for, too.

Being picky, the shower head could do with being descaled and the freezer compartment of the fridge was unusable, as it was frozen solid.

Lovely apartment with everything you need. Easy walk into the lovely old city with plenty of restaurants. Great breakfast basket delivered to the door by the fabulous host, Laurent. Secure parking just outside too. Would be more than happy to return.

Comfortable stay in Le Mans, would be good for a few days in the environment as well.

Nice location with private parking. The host arrived in minutes after contacting. The room was proactively cooled with a fan and host put cold water in teh fridge. Nice breakfast completed the services provided with a big smile.

Perfect location for Le Mans Circuit, secure parking with a friendly host.

The location was perfect to reach the circuit for the MotoGp, the tram was a five minute walk down the bottom of the street to take you direct to the circuit. We travelled on our motorbike and the parking was excellent, secure and right outside our room. Our host was very informative prior to arriving and during our stay. The room was lovely, clean and quiet.

An excellent continental breakfast was provided, brought to us by our genial host. The location was excellent, in a quiet area with secure parking but close to the centre.

Our host was fabulous. Met us on arrival, provided great information on getting around the area including excellent restaurant recommendations. He also provided a lovely breakfast basket each day of our stay. The room was spacious and well located to the historic city area. On-site parking was greatly appreciated.

Live as a local in this modern, french-styed bedsit.

Carpark outside room was great. Location was short walk to the medieval town. Love the building was repurposed and renovated. Good sized bedsit in Noveau -chic style. Quiet and comfortable for exhausted travellers. Good value place to stay for a few days.

Should be the best place to stay in Le Mans!

We stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment but it is definitely perfect for a much longer stay! The room is large with a huge and comfortable bed, spotless clean. Furnished and decorated with great taste, we really loved it. There is also a small kitchen area, including a fridge, coffe and tea making facility, cups, plates...etc provided. There is a nice courtyard which is closed by a gate, the secure and free car parking place just in front of the apartement was a big bonus for us as we were back to home after a 2 weeks holiday and our car was fully packed. The whole place is very quiet. Laurent is an incredible kind host, communication was easy, as we arrived he was already there to explain everything and even called the restaurant to book a table for us (which was great!) as Sunday evening fast all the restaurants were closed. We had a great stay here, would be happy to return at any time.

The location was excellent in regard to access to both the old town/city center and the LeMans circuit. The fact that there was designated parking was a plus as well. Apartment was very clean and neat. Comfortable mattress. Would stay again.
