APARTMENT SEA VIEWS IN BARCELONA:
Apartment located in the emblematic maritime area of Vila Olímpica, with a large dining room and terrace with sea views.
Located in a quiet complex, ideal for families, friends and business trips, just 4 minutes from the beach

The apartment Wi-Fi included in the price, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and terrace overlooking the harbor.

It has capacity for sleeping up to 5 people, with the following distribution:
- Bedroom with double bed
- Bedroom with 2 single beds, and a single bed that slides underneath.
We have cots for babies and high, on request and with extra cost of 25 euros for the total stay chair.
LOCATION:
Located in one of the privileged areas of Barcelona, due to its proximity to the city center, at the same time as being in a quiet area and facing the sea. Only 4 minutes from the beach.
Just at the foot of the building is a shopping center called "Center de la Vila" which has all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops of all kinds and even cinemas in original version.
Villa Olímpica, was built especially for the athletes who participate in the Olympic Games of Barcelona.

HOUSES RULES:
- On arrival, must be paid the tourist tax of 9,50 € per adult, per night, up to 7 nights. All children under 17 years are exempt.
- t is important to comply with and respect the rules of coexistence, especially in the common areas, respecting the rest of the neighbors.
- Electricity is included in the price, within the normal parameters of use, as you do in your home. Depending on the property, we set a limit of kw. If you do a normal use, not letting on, the AC when you leave the house, and of course, not leaving windows open with the AC on, etc .... you will have kw enough without having to pay extra.
- It is not allowed access pets
- It is not allowed to smoke.
- No parties allowed.
- We recommend that a few days before arrival, contact us to arrange arrival time.
- Officially arrival time is 15:00, and the check-out at 11:00. Depending on availability, we can have some flexibility in this.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
The security deposit is not only to cover breakages.
To avoid problems with the return of the deposit, you should consider:
- Respect absolutely, all the rules of the house and the community.
- It is not allowed to stay more people than those indicated in the reservation.
- In the case of visits during the day, never exceed 50% of employment.
- For an issue of hygiene, it is compulsory the use of sheets. If you decide to bring a sleeping bag, you must also bring, bottom sheet and pillow case. If it is detected that has fallen asleep without protecting the mattress and pillow, or has been asleep on the covers, it is deducted from the deposit an extra cost of cleaning.
- Blankets and duvet should never be left thrown on the ground of the cabinets. When not used should be left folded in the closet.
- The property must be left in the same conditions of order found on arrival.
- Cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc ... must remain in the same places as the day of arrival. Always unified …

The apartment was big enough for our family with 3 teenies. It was very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, great view from the balcony to the sea, well equipped, good wifi. There is a big and good supermarket 2 minutes away. Public transport (bus, metro) nearby, we often used the bus lines, very comfortable traveling through the city to all beautiful places. The beach was clean, beautiful, we played beachvolleyball and enjoyed the sea for a swim. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and they gave us a lot of good ideas concerning restaurants, shows, buslines and many helpful advices. We would love to come back again!

Our family of five loved staying in this apartment. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful sea. We went to the beach daily, walked around the marina, enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the easy walk into town to shop and see the sights. Thank you Maite for all of the great recommendations. We checked off as many as we could and all were fabulous. We loved our time in Barcelona!!!

It's was just amazing! The area is perfect for all kind of peoples. We spand 15 days there and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from the apartement and the are Thanks for the nice holidays
