The only issues were that the curtain in the bathroom stops about 2-3 feet (1 meter) from the floor, the toilet in that same bathroom is loose and moves when you sit on it, the dishwasher stunk badly (needs to be serviced) so we washed our dishes by hand, and the heat doesn't respond to the thermostat threshold so we turned it off. The location was great, very secure, felt very safe, the space was big, great shower pressure, great towels, slept well, very quiet, the elevator (lift) in the building always worked, didn't have to wait long for it, and although it's small (about half the size of normal one) it fits two people and four roller bags.

This was a very nice, clean, spacious apartment for our visit to Barcelona. It was comfortable for my family and quiet at night. The only thing we had trouble with was initially locating and entering the underground garage. It wasn’t obvious to us, but this may be because many garage entrances look very different in Barcelona than in the US and there was construction on the road. All in all the apartment was exactly what we needed for the week.
