Fantastic location, views of Sagrada Familia and close metro and tram stops. Beach is walking distance. The app to access is so handy and removes key stress, but good that they still have normal ones! Apartment is clean with good facilities. Roof terrace is absolutely incredible with all day sun. Beds are memory foam so super comfy!
Lots of steps (often the case in Barcelona apartment blocks) aren’t great if you have mobility issues! Could have done with a few more dish washer tablets and bin bags. There was a weird intermittent buzzing in one of the bedrooms, which we think might have been the aircon?

3 double beds with separate bedrooms Fully equipped kitchen
I have asked 4 times for a VAT receipt and still waiting for it 2 flights of stairs to climb up without an escalator. Not great if you carry a pushchair or just a lot of luggage. Recently refurbished but shower is already leaking
