Apartamentul a fost deosebit, foarte mare, iar amplasarea lui este foarte buna. Poti ajunge usor pe jos la Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, etc. Bucataria utilata cu tot ce ai nevoie, prosoape suficiente la baie. Pentru orice ai nevoie, poti contacta pe cineva care te ajuta. Langa bloc sunt foarte multe restaurante, terase,cafenele, magazine unde poti face cumparaturi. In 20 min ajungi de la aeroport la cazare.

Peretii din apartament ar trebui zugraviti, sunt cam murdari, zgariati in unele locuri.

La superficie de l'appartement, sa situation et son calme malgré le fait d'être sur la plus longue avenue de Lisbonne avec beaucoup de circulation. En fait, aucune pièce ne donne sur cette avenue. Les ouvertures, larges fenêtres sont dans la cuisine ( vue arrière) et sont très éclairantes pour le salon la juxtaposant Cette dernière est très bien équipée. Mis à notre disposition quelques produits alimentaires de base ce qui évite d'en acheter sur place (thé, café, sel, poivre, confitures..... IL suffit de traverser l'avenue et en face il y a tous les commerces nécessaires : boulangerie, Aldi, Lidl, Auchan....

les fenêtres des chambres donnant sur des murs à quelques centimètres mais c'était peut-être la garantie du calme

Fantastic location! Safe neighbourhood. Close to many sites (eg Sagrada Família), convenient with supermarkets and restaurants around. Very spacious living, dining, kitchens areas. Rooms not so much. Most appliances provided (washer, fridge, dish washer, radiators, hair dryers). Buildings has elevator. Staff very hands on. Great communication.

The property is very old and run down. Although modern appliances are provided, they are also on the old and rundown side. I have stayed in places equally old but which have been 100% refurbished. This is not the case here. Only modern appliances were added.
