The apartment well maintained , clean and good location

Dear Management Team, hope this message finds you well. I would like to clarify that we had previously reserved for different dates, and we were specifically told that the elevator would be fixed by the time we returned and stayed again. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the elevator was still not working. This has caused significant difficulty for us, especially for my father, who has health issues and is unable to use the stairs easily. We also have several pieces of luggage, which makes using the stairs even more difficult. We made the reservation again based on the understanding and assurance that the elevator would be fixed by our next stay. Since this promise was not fulfilled, we are very disappointed and would appreciate your immediate assistance in finding a suitable solution. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your prompt response

Great location, close to everything, spacious apartment.

A major issue was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. Since the apartment is on the 5th floor and there are many stairs, carrying luggage up was quite difficult, especially in the hot weather. The apartment provides the basic essentials, but it would be helpful to have some additional items such as coffee, tea, kitchen towels, and a toilet brush to make the stay more comfortable.

I had to collect the keys in a different location. my flight landed at midnight so had to go to collect the keys late in the evening with the 2 little girls that fell asleep in the taxi! ended up paying a lot of money in taxi because at that time the taxi driver had to wait for us while collecting the keys and doing check in (approx 20 min). I asked the staff to help us an leave the keys in the property in advance but they were unhelpful

The location was good.

The lift was out of service throughout our stay so this made it hard for my elderly mother to get in and out of the apartment which had staircase. The bathroom seemed to have a leak and had a horrible smell. The fridge was not working so we couldn’t stock food properly.
