Good location, nice terrace and view. Close to underground and regional trains, supermarkets, parks and a 20min walk distance from the beach. It has a washing machine. Helpful staff. Late check out available, for a fee. Barcelona is getting really expensive in accommodation, this apartment is below the average price range in the neighborhood. I believe the apartment is ok for 4 adults (max). Please consider it has only one toilet.
On the other hand, the apartment needs maintenance, not too deep, but necessary for a higher score: - Shower in bad conditions. The staff was willing to repair, however, this should be solved before new guests are arriving. - Bedrooms windows were difficult to open plus loosen handles. - No cleaning tools nor products. - Limited cooking tools available. Small things might improve the general score in this apartment.

A great place to stay. The fantastic terrace gives wonderful views from the sea, right across the city. Breakfast from the bakery next door and wine at night were a treat. 30 minutes walk to El Born, but lots of bars and restaurants nearby.
Rooms were a little small and only 1 bathroom.

Lovely apartment with 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Good sized kitchen area and a wonderful terrace with fabulous views. The metro & tram station are a 2 minute walk making it accessible to the centre. But easily walkable too.

Airco die het niet heel goed deed en veel lawaai maakt en rolluik ging in één kamer niet dicht (er waren ook geen gordijnen aanwezig).
