Aspasios Poble Nou Apartments

Great apartment with plenty of space; rooftop pool is small but great to have!

Noisy with neighbours and stairwell but to be expected in a block

Nice and clean and easy to access

The pool area is a little small and the pool itself can only hold like 6 people

Close to the metro. The kitchen facilities were good quality. The lift was convenient. Close to a strip and large supermarket. Complimentary toiletries. The pool towels. The cleaning kit (option for using a washing machine). Storage. The air conditioning was excellent. We chose this property as it did have a pool in the city location (and we had the opportunity to have it to ourselves one time for approx. 1 hour). 20 minutes walk to the beach. Issues were rectified promptly. The keyless entry system.

The view from the master bedroom (which was on the rear of the building). The immediate area (felt like a rough part of the city). A lot of renovations work nearby. No furniture on the balcony. Size of the pool terrace on the top floor. The pool is very small (plung pool) and was limited to a group of 5 max. The view was adequate, but probably not as good as advertised. The apartment felt tired in places (wobbly showerheads, scuffs to the walls, handle bits missing, paint on picture frames and on floor tiles) The bathroom and ensuite appeared tired due to the poor shower head and joinery around the doors. One bedroom was significantly colder than the rest of the whole apartment for some reason. A couple of times woken up by younger guests (3am) coming in from a night out

Coach is old, mattress is uncomfortable and in general is too expensive for the quality of the apartment which needs some adjustments.
