The Blue House was established in 1992 to commemorate the Barcelona Olympic Games. It is a spacious penthouse and duplex that was completely renovated in 2024 and decorated with exquisite furniture and details so that you can enjoy its comfort, natural light, and warmth. In the mornings, you can wake up watching the sunrise and the sea from the terrace...
The apartment enjoys a privileged orientation facing three directions—east, south, and west—with sun all day long, plenty of light, and 180-degree panoramic views of the sea and city landmarks such as La Sagrada Familia, Montjuïc, Torre Agbar, Hotel Arss, Tibidabo, and the Olympic Port.
There’s plenty to enjoy in the Olympic Village—its fantastic beaches, excellent restaurants, the promenades leading to Barceloneta or the Forum, and Ciudadela Park—all without needing to take public transportation. It is located near the Borne, Gótico, Ciutat Vella, Eixample, and Pueblo Nuevo neighborhoods, about a 15- to 20-minute walk or a 10-minute metro ride away. In the same building, you’ll find taxi stands, bus stops, the Tourist Bus, the Villa Olímpica metro station, and the La Vila Shopping Center, which offers a full range of services including supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies, hair salons, and newsstands... yet set apart (not far away) from the loud and bustling noise of the city center.

Lovely apartment, a great location for a weekend stay in Barcelona, fabulous views over the sea. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are a friendship group or family looking to explore the city but have somewhere nice to come back to!

The location of this property was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. There was also a grocery store below ground right next to the building.We were greeted at the property by a very friendly and helpful person who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment.

The blue house was just lovely! What a fantastic location! Near the beaches, restaurants, and lots of other attractions. We had the best time with lots of space to spread out and enjoy the ocean views from the property. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location for Americas Cup, we could view the races from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and this condo was are base, grocery store and restaurant right in the square. Host was very responsive to all questions. I would recommend this location.
