Very well equipped , comfortable and very clean. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and close to beach. Reception staff were great - very helpful

The apartment is quite close to the beach and is located on a bustling street with restaurants, cafes and bars yet little noise reaches inside when windows are closed. We arrived quite late but the receptionist was present and provided us our keys without an extra charge. The AC and WiFi work flawlessly. The apartment is very clean and the management provides weekly cleaning service free of charge.
It wasn't clear when we first booked whether we had to pay extra money if we arrive after the regular reception hours. This caused unnecessary concern especially considering that there is no extra charge if you do online check-in in advance. The management contacted me with a link to request direct payment to their system. However, this was not explained clearly while booking on Booking.com.

Host was great, location is excellent, right on the rambla, many restaurants and cafes around
a bit noisy, but only until 23:00 and then its quiet

Friendly but not overly. Had water, coffee, tea and a sitting area.
Actually kind of annoying to have to pick up the keys off premise, then make your way to the actual apartment, which is a lot easier said then done when there are several different doors and wonky keys.
