It was clean

The staff were not as friendly as we have experienced in others places in Thailand. The pool was small could only really fit one family at a time. The bar was not very, good small, right next to a fish pond and full of flies. It was practically in the street, which was filthy (the surrounding area was awful with rats running around and although this is not the hotels fault, the bar being right there was not nice and should have been enclosed) I felt the pictures mislead me to believe this hotel was going to be luxurious, but was nowhere near as nice as the hotel we can form in Bangkok with the same star rating. I would not stay here again and felt we could have got far more for our money. Everything had a threat/ consequence attached, a price list for every last item lost from the TV to a face cloth! It was ridiculous. The breakfast was also very limited and basic

Room size is small, bathroom is shared, there is a sliding window from bathroom to master bedroom. when any one uses bathroom, lights is seen from bedroom, those 2 are not comfortable and very disturbing. Food is very average, coffee is bad.
