The staff is young, super friendly and polite.
The position is perfect exactly 2 mins walking from Tha Phae Gate. Despite the central position in the old town there is the possibility to park for free in the private hotel space or in a public park nearby.

Great location. Downstairs cafe area was very pleasant - very nice vibe, good tables and seats, free coffee, drinks for purchase - it is vey nice to have a pleasant place to sit. Room and bathroom were good.
It was great. Small thing may be water temperature in the shower - not very hot if water turned full on (but good if water turned half on).

the location of the hotel is great, couple minutes walk to the old town.
we were a group of 5, there was only 2 sunloungers by the pool which was disappointing and no lift in the hotel, not great when our rooms were on the 4th floor!
