    I had a wonderful stay at Chiang Mai House, and overall, everything was excellent. What impressed me most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were consistently clean and comfortable throughout our stay. I also loved the beautiful lobby area. It feels like stepping into a little green forest, with lush plants and a charming small aquarium filled with beautiful fish. The atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and unique. However, there are two things I hope the hotel can improve in the future. First, there is no elevator, which can be difficult for elderly guests or travelers with heavy luggage. I traveled with my mother, and I felt sorry that she had to use the stairs. It may not be convenient for older people to stay here. Second, there is no breakfast available. For tourists, especially those traveling with elderly family members, having breakfast at the hotel is very important and convenient. Also, I would suggest not expecting the views to be exactly like the pictures shown in the advertisements. The actual experience may be different from what some of the photos suggest. Apart from these two things, everything else was excellent and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the wonderful staff. I hope Chiang Mai House will consider improving these areas in the future, because with a few changes, it could become an even better place for travelers of all ages. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable!

    Overall good but the doors to the balcony was wobbly and hard to secure. Dirty shower curtains. And smoke smell coming into the room if anyone smokes in the next room
