    Nice pool, friendly staff, good location close to the old town and night bazar. Rooms are basic but clean and good value for money.

    The staff was very helpful with anything I needed during my stay. I utilized their laundry service and the clothes came back clean and folded at a good price. The pool is clean. I really couldn't ask for anything more from this property.

    We enjoyed our stay at Chiang Mai Thai House. It’s in a fantastic location, with an awesome pool and lovely, welcoming staff. I’d describe it as a solid three-star, family-style hotel. The rooms are slightly older but still in good condition, and everything is clean and well looked after. The downstairs seating area is a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee and relax. Parking is available, although spaces are limited. We did find that footsteps from the room above carried through quite clearly at times, which is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, there’s plenty to like about this hotel, especially the location, pool and friendly staff.

    Overall good but the doors to the balcony was wobbly and hard to secure. Dirty shower curtains. And smoke smell coming into the room if anyone smokes in the next room
