The Old Mill is a single storey apartment next to the river in the village of Cark in Cartmel. The property has a double and a twin, both with TV. There is a bathroom and an additional cloakroom, along with an open plan living area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a front terrace with furniture and river views. Close by is the village of Cartmel, the seaside resort of Grange over Sands, and the whole of the lovely Lake District.
Amenities: Gas central heating, additional heating from electric fire in sitting area. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 42" plasma TV with built-in Freeview HD, DVD, 2 x 24" HD LCD TVs with Freeview HD, radio/CD player, books/DVDs. Cartmel is renowned for its racecourse, and the town is well served with a selection of shops, traditional pubs and a Michelin starred restaurant.
