Perfect place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik - authentic, yet stilish, quiet, comfortable, great views! You can find everything you need for your stay. Wonderful host - easy and nice communication. Place is even better than in pictures 😍

In fact, it’s not real dislike moment - you just have to know that about Dubrovnik - lots of stairs everywhere 😅 so don’t make make your luggage heavy 😅

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Ani and would highly recommend it. The host was responsive, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests. The location is fantastic, close to both the Old Town and the Pile bus loop, making it easy to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Despite being so central, the property offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor space is beautiful, and the views are absolutely stunning. We especially enjoyed spending time outside and taking in the scenery.

If you don’t mind a bit of stair climbing, this is a perfect place to stay. The combination of the location, views, outdoor space, and hospitality made our visit to Dubrovnik truly memorable.

UNREAL view. Ani, the host, was so friendly and welcoming. It was clean, spacious, and just as advertised.

I wouldn’t say I dislike the stairs up to access the villa because you don’t get the views without it, but I would just caution anyone with mobility or healthy issues to know ahead of time that you must climb a short bit of stairs including with your bags when you first arrive. Ani’s son was very able to help us carry them up to the top floor where the apartment is once we got to the villa, which was great.
