Luxury Old Town Apartment with breathtaking sea view

The property was very clean and well equipped, everything worked and had been well thought out. The views are wonderful and the position ideal.

The stairs. The stairs up to the property are fine but the ones up to the second bedroom were really challenging, there ought to be a hand rail or something to make it safer. The hole in the middle of the lounge floor with steps down also needed to be better protected from accidental falls. If we had children with us it would have been a real problem, as it was the lady who slept in the upper bedroom went up and down only once each day.

Best possible location, 200m from the Old City and small beach also a few steps away perfect for an early morning swim. View - amazing. Beds and linen were great, I love when hosts understand the importance of this factor and are willing to renew them each season. Apartment is very well equipped, kitchen specifically. The amount of tchotchkes was a bit much for us but quirks like these make the experience even more fun.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

Excellent location, well stocked and very clean. Maria was very helpful and responsive. The view from the property is amazing, and we liked being just outside the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Pile Gates and Old Town.

Just returned from Dubrovnik and stayed at a luxury apartment with breathtaking views. The view from the apartment is very Lovely and great for people watching. To all Game of Thrones followers it is where Kings landing was filmed. We paid for a return journey from the airport which cost 30 Euros. It dropped us near Polce gate and we didn’t know how far Pile gate was and was advised by the owner of the apartment to get a taxi which we did and it cost 20 euros to take us just round the corner we could have walked it! Upon arrival greeted by owner. She gave us the keys No instructions given and advised us that Fruit juice and water was provided in the fridge and orange, bananas and apples as well. The cupboards had some condiments and sugar left over from other guests. The apartment is very nice. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, All as described by booking.com. The television was temperamental and it took a while to set the channels. It’s in a very good position for sightseeing, buses and taxi. Very close to Pile gate so easy to access old town. However, the downside was description of a garden. View is very misleading. The Plants on the Patio do not constitute a garden. The washing machines are situated on the patio and a constance stream of people a staff member from a salon based in a shop below and a lady who we assumed was a cleaner but that wasn’t confirmed had access to both washing machines and appeared to be doing vast amount of bed linen and towels might I add not of ours view was like a working laundry. I messaged the owner who asked what days I wanted to use the machine. I then reminded her that this was advertised as available to us and to be honest I didn’t expect others to be using it.

This patio is not private constant washing on the line observing the view. The salon downstairs has access to the washing Machines and the housekeeper sits out on the patio. The photos show days of washing If I could have put more up I would it totally spoilt our holiday. We sat on the patio but it was t pleasant. The black flies that came into the shower room I will include the photos.
