Great experience, would book again

The property was located right on the lakeside and easy to locate and the room was well cleaned before arrival. The commute to key attractions was at a walkable distance. The host was helpful and available for assistance throughout the stay.

Would absolutely, definitely, without question stay here again.

The location could not have been better. You wake up in the morning, open the door and there's the lake. Walk either direction out the front door and you have things to do and places to eat. The place is spotless. Sandra could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more responsive. Really excellent.

You're staying in a house that most tourists stop to take photos of. This was actually kind of funny and I had some nice chats with people taking photos of "my" house. But you should expect that mornings you'll have people walking just outside your windows and you'll hear some people talking or dragging suitcases. Only a problem if you're someone that expects to sleep in until 10am.

Beautiful place!!

We stayed here for a full week. The location is stunning, looking straight out to Lake Hallstatt. There is a narrow pedestrian street between the house and the lake, and five steps from the front door is a tiny peer with steps into the lake if you fancy a freezing swim! The house itself is a landmark in the area because of the old pear tree growing against the wall. The owner Sandra is a brilliant host, so friendly and kind, always up for a chat and really attentive. A special lady! The accommodation is on the ground floor and comprises a bedroom, small shower room and kitchen with little seating area in it. By the front door is a tiny patio with an outdoor table & chairs. The place is compact but has everything you might need. If you are looking for accommodation that has privacy & quiet this will not suit you as Hallstatt is invaded (literally!) by hundreds of tourists every day, from 9am to 9pm, armed with selfie sticks and taking pictures of the house and pear tree. It did not bother us as we were busy during the day and it was lovely to sit out on the patio or peer looking at the peaceful lake after 9pm, when the last tourist coaches left. Sandra, thank you so much for everything and for being so kind to us!! We will miss you! 🥰

If you're going to Halstatt, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic location right on the little main road running through town, overlooking the lake. The building is so beautiful that everyone stops to take a photo! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Complex bus/train combo to get to the city of Halstatt, so better to take a car. Quick and easy, however, to get to the apartment, once you arrive in town.

A true highlight of my Austrians lakes experience.

The studio was self catering, which worked for me as I am vegetarian. There is a reasonable supermarket a short walk from the studio where I was even able to buy tofu. The view was magnificent, especially in the early morning and evening before and after the daytime crowds. The studio was comfortable and had interesting historical aspects such as the the glorious espaliered pear tree planted in 1890 and stretched over the front of the building. The kitchen was well equipped with an induction cooktop and a combination microwave oven. A hint - check before you buy staples such as salt and coffee- I found some in the kitchen drawers and left unused supplies myself. There was a tiny outdoor seating area where I watched the passeggiata and chatted to visitors walking along the lakeside road. My host, Sandra, was a gorgeous woman. We had some wonderful conversations and shared a chilly lake swim, where we were able to look back on her beautiful home and was particularly special.

The apartment is very well located. Pictures really match with reality. The apartment is very comfortable and warm, equipped with everything you need! The Owner is absolutely lovely and friendly. I totally recommend this apartment! For sure we will come back!

Too many spiders and spider webs, expecially on the wooden ceiling. Otherwise the apartment was clean. The bed and the pillows are not very comfortable and I had some back pains after 3 nights.

Very cozy apartment for two. Original house from the salt mining times with sensitive reconstruction and all the equipment and luxury you need. Directly by the lake in village centre. Marvelous mountains and lake view. Bakery and hot wine beside is great bonus.

Minden szuper volt.

Érkezéskor a P1 parkolóból egy kisbusz vitt volna a szállásig, de nem jött össze. Távozáskor integettem a buszvezetőnek aki visszaintegetett, hogy nem áll meg. Az ott tartózkodásom alatt a Shuttle Bus útvonalán többször láttam és mindig üresen közlekedett. Ezt a szolgáltatást újra kellene gondolni. Ja és amikor végre megállt, akkor Ő nekem mondja, hogy nem köszönök neki!!! Ez az ember fordítva ül a lovon!!!

Maga a szallas rendben volt a tulaj kedves

A falut egyszerűen felfalták a turisták és élvezhetetlen. A szoba a tóra nézett de nem lehet az ablakon kinézni mert ázsiai és indiai turisták fotózzák a házat , a függönyt behúzva kellett tartani. Szóval ilyen értelemben nagyon drága volt viszont kihangsúlyoznám hogy ez nem a szallas vagy a szállásadó hibája! Sajnos mi teszünk tönkre csoda helyeket …

건물 외벽이 멋진 나무로 꾸며진 숙소, 할슈타트 주요 스팟(엽서뷰, 소금광산, 시내, 버스정류장, 선착장)과 모두 가까운 거리, 창문을 열면 볼 수 있는 바로 앞 레이크 뷰가 아주 좋았습니다. 숙소 화장실도 깨끗하고, 부대 시설이 완벽하게 구비되어 있었습니다. 침실은 고풍스러운 디자인으로 잘 꾸며져 있었으며, 아늑하고 좋았습니다.

다 좋았습니다만, 개인적으로는 너무 숙소의 위치가 좋다보니, 숙소가 바로 길가쪽에 있어서 사람들이 너무 많이 사진을 찍는 바람에 그 부분은 조금 신경쓰였습니다.(아마 이 부분은 저도 여행객이고, 그들을 완벽하게 통제하기란 어려울 것이라 생각해 어쩔 수 없다고 생각합니다.) 그리고 저희가 방문했을때, 비가 왔었는데요. 실내에 세탁기는 없었던 것 같은데, 배낭 여행객들을 위한 세탁기나 세탁 서비스도 있으면 더할 나위 없이 완벽할 것 같습니다.
