Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, con metro, supermercados y varios puntos de interés a poca distancia. La Sagrada Familia se puede visitar caminando y moverse por la ciudad resulta muy fácil. El apartamento es práctico para una familia o un pequeño grupo y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Además, la zona nos pareció tranquila por la noche.

L’emplacement

The apartment’s location is excellent—within walking distance to the Sagrada Família, the Gothic Quarter, the Cathedral of Barcelona, and just minutes from Passeig de Gràcia. It’s perfectly situated for exploring the city’s most iconic landmarks.

That said, there are several serious concerns that impacted the quality of our stay. The apartment has multiple cracked and lifted floor tiles, which are not only unsightly but pose a real safety hazard. These are scattered throughout the space and could easily cause someone to trip and fall. The shower setup is also problematic—slippery and difficult to step in and out of, especially for elderly guests or children. It lacks proper safety features and feels like an accident waiting to happen. To add to this, although checkout was clearly stated as 11:00 AM, the cleaning crew arrived unannounced at 10:29 AM and entered the apartment without prior notice. Guests should be allowed the full time promised without interruption or intrusion. While the location is a highlight, the condition of the apartment and disregard for guest privacy and safety fall short of expectations.
