Sıcak su için kullanılan Termosifon ana sigortayı attırıyordu. Bu durumun tehlikeli olduğu ev sahibine izah edildi hemen termosifonu yenisiyle değiştirdiler. Heryere yürüme mesafesinde olması iyi oldu. Yürümek istemediğimizde Taksi ile heryere gitmek de metro yada otobüsle gitmekten daha ekonomik.
Günlük temizlik yok. 1. Katta olduğu için sabah erken saatte, çöp arabası gibi gürültüler gelebiliyor. ( Biz alışkın olmadığımız için duymuş olabiliriz)
