Top locatie met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Het ontbijt is prima. Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Jacuzzi was zeer aangenaam.

Parkeergelegenheid kan wat verder zijn maar voldoende mogelijkheden in de omgeving. Jacuzzi is van 15 tot 18 uur.

Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und haben durch die ruhige Lage sehr entspannen können. Der Ausblick war auch einfach nur ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:)

We particularly enjoyed the warm welcome from the hosts and their remarkable attention to detail in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. Their recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were invaluable, and we loved the lovely conversations around the breakfast table. And speaking of breakfast: what a delight! There is a nice choice of both savoury and sweet options, all beautifully prepared. The fregolotta biscuits were an absolute treat! The B&B is a little eagle’s nest perched above the hamlet of Balbiana, in Manerba del Garda, with breathtaking views over Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. For early risers, the sunrises are simply stunning. Nestled in the peaceful hamlet and surrounded by olive trees and the gentle sounds of birdsong, the B&B is a true haven of peace and tranquillity even in the middle of August. Perfect for relaxing and recharging after a day of visits. The rooms and property are well equipped. There is a spa offering wonderful water massages, sun loungers and comfortable sofas on the terrace, a small veranda, and everything you could possibly need in the room. Everything, both in the room and throughout the property, is spotlessly clean, with the hosts personally taking care of all the little details that make such a difference. A truly special place, made even more memorable by the warmth and care of the hosts. We would be delighted to return!
