No air conditioner, everything is very simple/basic. No paper towels, no trash plastic bags. But there is a bidet and you need to open the "embedded" fridge by pulling a rope :-) Overpriced.

Excellent stay

A fantastic two-level apartment! On the lower floor, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, a fridge with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a TV. There’s also an additional room with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower, plus a lovely terrace to relax on. Upstairs, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed and another terrace with a beautiful view. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and has air conditioning on both levels. Perfect location – quiet neighborhood, parking available, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, with a stunning view of the lake. Communication with the owner was excellent via WhatsApp. Marco was always available and very helpful, providing precise instructions on how to access the apartment and where to park. And as a cherry on top – an amazing swimming pool! Marco, thank you so much for a wonderful stay! 🌟

Ferienwohnung mit 2 Dachterrassen und schöner Aussicht auf Berge und See

Die Appartementanlage liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel. Man ist in max. 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Einige Restaurants sind noch näher. Sie bietet 2 Dachterrassen mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und den See. Das war für uns das Highlight der Wohnung und wir haben die Aussicht jeden Tag wieder neu genossen. Auf der oberen Terrasse hat man viel Sonne, auf der unteren sitzt man je nach Tageszeit angenehm im Schatten oder kann die Markise ausfahren. Es gibt auf jeder Etage ein vollständiges Badezimmer mit Fenster. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügig. Man hat viel Platz für alles, was man im Urlaub bei sich hat. Das Auto konnten wir in einem großen Einzelabteil in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Bei auftretenden Problemen war gleich jemand zu Stelle und hat schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung äußerst zufrieden.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Wir hatten nur ein Handtuch-Set für 14 Tage Aufenthalt, in der Küche fehlen z.B. Weingläser und auch die restl. Ausstattung ist spartanisch. Wir haben uns Gläser, weitere Handtücher und Auflagen für die Stühle auf der Terrasse gekauft. Das hat nicht viel gekostet und den Komfort für uns erhöht.

Warto! Blisko do plaży, czysto, przestronnie, fajne widoki. Gospodarz miły i pomocny👍

Wszystko OK-czysto, przestronnie, sprzęty dobrej jakości. Basen na terenie obiektu. Do plaży spacerem 5 minut w dół i 10 pod lekką górkę. Z apartamentu fajne widoki, cicha i spokojna okolica. Parking na miejscu. Wewnątrz obiektu minipark z ławkami widokowymi😍 Gospodarz życzliwy i pomocny.

Przydałoby się trochę więcej przyborów kuchennych.
