How peaceful and quiet it was. The staff at the bar on the lake were fantastic. The pools and grounds were all lovely and the apartments were great and well equipped.
Tried to use the fitness room but a couple stayed on the treadmill for 50 mins. This is unfair when there are only two machines. I think time on the machines should be limited if others are waiting. We Felt like reception staff were a little unhelpful at times trying to keep us in the hotel and not advising us of how to travel to other places. The restaurant on site was empty for most of our stay which is a shame as moonlight restaurant down the road was really full. Not sure of the reasons for that but didn’t make us want to sample it. And also the onsite shop was very poor and expensive. We walked along the lake to Zocco campsite shop which was a lot more reasonable.

It was all very nice lots of lovely flowers ares separated with greenery and all of the staff were fantastic very helpful and friendly.

Check-in procedure went smooth, although we arrived a bit earlier. The view is very nice, the location is also quite fine.
The hotel policies are a bit strange. Starting from "bring your own toilet paper", through "by car you should use only the back door" and ending up with the special procedure to charge electric vehicles, we never got the feeling of being a guest. The whole experience was more like renting a student dormitory than a hotel or a vacation apartment.
