A great relaxing holiday in a lovely location.

How peaceful and quiet it was. The staff at the bar on the lake were fantastic. The pools and grounds were all lovely and the apartments were great and well equipped.

Tried to use the fitness room but a couple stayed on the treadmill for 50 mins. This is unfair when there are only two machines. I think time on the machines should be limited if others are waiting. We Felt like reception staff were a little unhelpful at times trying to keep us in the hotel and not advising us of how to travel to other places. The restaurant on site was empty for most of our stay which is a shame as moonlight restaurant down the road was really full. Not sure of the reasons for that but didn’t make us want to sample it. And also the onsite shop was very poor and expensive. We walked along the lake to Zocco campsite shop which was a lot more reasonable.

Really nice holidays

Properly sized - not overcrowded. On full capacity there is no problem with access to any amemities. Rooms are speciuos and eqiped adequatly. All pool vere good. Clean and specious. Can easliy recommend.

Beautiful property on the lake.

We loved our stay here! The property is family owned, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All staff were very helpful and extremely well organized. The property is also gorgeous, right on the lake, with two swimming pools that stay open until 9pm. Our kids loved the slide and how the pool was lit up during the evening hours. The apartment we stayed in was spotless and very comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the kitchen contained everything we needed. We also appreciated the free shuttle to the train station and ferry. If we came again, we would rent a car, since it is hard to get around without. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Beautiful calm garden with always available sunbeds, swimming pools with long opening (until evening), wi-fi, free table tennis and minigolf comfortable beds, dedicated parking place with roofing nearby beach

Poor sound insulation (you can hear every step of your neigbourgs in the night) Big bugs trying to enter the room each evening (ground floor) Little bit distant from the nearest town - not comfortable walking distance (may be advantage)

Nice view

Check-in procedure went smooth, although we arrived a bit earlier. The view is very nice, the location is also quite fine.

The hotel policies are a bit strange. Starting from "bring your own toilet paper", through "by car you should use only the back door" and ending up with the special procedure to charge electric vehicles, we never got the feeling of being a guest. The whole experience was more like renting a student dormitory than a hotel or a vacation apartment.

It has nice garden and pools. Good location, and staff were helpful at Check-In. Kitchen was well equipped and it was clean.

It is a complex of many apartment each on top of the other - not my family preferences. Room was a bit cold- but weather was cold and wet as well. No cleaning service, no change of towels, no even toilet paper. Price was a bit high for such small things, which were chargeable additionally, not to be provided.

The breakfast was bad House policy was not good, as you have to stay quite at 23:00! I do't suggest it for big group as you can not spend the evening together They put only one Shampoo snd toilet paper in each Bath no matter how many are you!

An offer included free tenis, mini golf, jacuzi and swimming pool with warm water, table tennis...equipment in the apartment was New and offered great comfort. A beautiful view of the lake from the terrace in front of the appartment.

Superb

The apartment was nice, well maintained and above all clean. Except two young guys from the lower kiosk, the staff were very professional, friendly and always willing to offer their help and advice. What was absolutely fantastic was the hotel area. Although the complex was full, everyone had enough privacy, everything was beautifully maintained and in general the area offers a lot of fun (swimming pools, SPA, children's playground, mini golf, beach volleyball court, etc.). Great place for everyone who want a relax and comfort (including for families with small children).

Just recommendations: 1. have a car available for shopping or trips 2. water shoes - there are sometimes very sharp stones and other objects in the water where there is a risk of injury. We had everything, so no major minuses, maybe I would have liked a little better kitchen equipment.

Great stay at great place :)

Very nice hotel with great location at the beach of lake Garda. The hotel corresponds to the pictures in the internet. They have good restaurant inside their grounds and small groceries shop. The pools were clean. Mini-golf was great. Sup rent on the beach was affordable. We have had a lot of fun.

no big issues. Stuff members were very helpful when once the electricity was gone because we have switched on too many electronic devices in the kitchen.

Nice place for the kids to play and you to relax

Hotel is located by the lake (although you have a bit of a walk to the beach from your room). Great facilities with a number of pools and very good if you have kids that enjoy playing by/in the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff,

Rooms could be nicer. A lot of mosquitos in the evening so dont plan on hanging around outside on the balcony in the evening. You should have your own car as there is not a lot of restaurants etc. close by so you have to travel a bit around to do shopping, find restaurants etc.

Would never return, too far for everything.

Water sports for teenage boy Restaurant was good, food was cold on one occasion. Good size apartment.

Breakfast staff were rude, if breakfast says until 10 then when we arrive at 9.30 there shouldn't be a problem with serving us. This place is in the middle of nowhere and you need a car for stay, nothing in the resort, shop is inadequate with what it has stocked.

Perfect destination for vacation with kids!

It's been already our 3rd visit in this hotel and it's getting better every-time. You can clearly see year over year improvements, e.g. new arrival area, renovated swimming pool or new whirlpools. San Sivino is clearly nice destination for family vacation with kids.
