The location was superb, the accommodation was quaint and authentic. Comfortable and good size.

We had an amazing time here. Perfect location to see all of Rome and a very comfortable room with great AC. 10/10

Incredible location, staff always tried to be helpful.

First night our a/c wasnt working.. we did get an upgrade next night but for a 2 night stay was quite the faff. Also a bit pricey considering amenities were rather limited.

The hotel is in a great spot near Piazza Navona, which is ideal for walking around the city. However, there were several frustrating aspects that really took away from the experience.

First, the listing mentions parking, but this is quite misleading. There is no on-site parking — it’s a paid public garage across the river, about a 15-minute walk away, and it’s expensive. On top of that, they don’t mention that the entire city center is part of an ultra low emissions zone (ZTL), so most vehicles aren’t even allowed to drive in. If you’re arriving by car, it’s a headache. Second, they charge a €20 fee for check-in after 7pm. We arrived just before 7, but by the time we finished paying the city tax, it was 7:01 — and they still charged the late check-in fee. There was no flexibility, and it felt unfair. Lastly, the check-in counter is only open in the morning, and you have to message them to arrange anything outside of that window — which is not clearly communicated in advance. In short, the location is great, but the misleading parking info, hidden restrictions, and inflexible check-in policies made for a disappointing stay.
