Daljee Guesthouse

eu amei o atendimento dos funcionários da recepção. foram muito educados em todas as nossa interações. no dia que chegamos era uma moça, ela nos ajudou a subir com as malas, mostrou todos os serviços oferecidos e foi extremamente educada. todos nós nos sentimos muito bem recebidos e felizes. teve um dia que precisamos comprar uma ferramenta muito específica, o moço da recepção nos ajudou a encontrar a loja exata, fomos lá e deu tudo certo. ele foi muito proativo e nos ajudou bastante durante todos os dias. também tem o detalhe que a recepção fornece vários guarda-chuvas para os hóspedes usarem, fomos no início de julho e lá em Seoul chove bastante nessa época, então foi muito útil. sobre o quarto, tem o espaço ideal para descansar após um dia cansativo e tomar um bom banho. o ar-condicionado funciona, tudo é limpo e o banheiro foi reformado recentemente.

só não gostei muito do parque ao lado (탑골 공원), tem muitos mendigos. alguns dias até a polícia vinha por causa de pessoas causando brigas ou gritando umas com as outras. sei que é algo que a guesthouse não pode controlar, então isso não altera minha avaliação sobre o serviço oferecido. tirando esse detalhe: 10/10

The best thing about this guesthouse is the incredible location. It is nestled in a fun, vibrant part of Jongno amidst so many things to do, so many things to eat, and so many public transportation options. During our trip we often left early and returned late so we didn't interact that much with the staff in person, but they were extremely responsive, helpful and kind over WhatsApp. It was also very useful to have laundry and kitchen facilities available.

This isn't something we explicitly didn't like but just something that future guests might like to know--I don't think it's the kind of place to stay if you're not expecting to be out and about all day. I'm not sure about other rooms but ours was quite small and cramped. It suited our trip perfectly because we just needed somewhere comfortable enough to clean up, rest, store our things etc.
