Great views not too loud good location great breakfast
Bathroom a bit outdated, a bit small for the price but was functional for one person, less amenities provided compared to other places in Japan

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to Shinjuku Station. The room was perfect and very clean. The view was good, and it was nice to look out the 25th floor and see the city below. We have no complaints about the hotel or staff. It was a fantastic experience.

Amazing location, rooms are clean and spacious for Japan
The noise surrounding the building, there is construction hammering from 9-6 every day. The gym is not located in the building as specified. You have to pay to use it

Excellent location . Located at the big train station. Easy to find good restaurants and cafes. Staff is so nice and helpful. Room is very comfortable and spacious. Limousine bus stop at the hotel.
No coin washing machines nor gym facilities.
