The Miami style, gorgeous house architecture, wonderful pool, and the balcony!

Fantastic hosts! I truly believe the popularity of this hotel is the hosts and the family community they bring. The hosts were on hand 24/7 and could not be any more helpful.
Unfortunately we didn’t get the same feel of the hotel in person as we did when we picked it online which was disappointing. The hotel was probably very nice initially but over time you can see things havent been maintained, kept clean or fixed when broke. The pricing of the food and drinks are also overpriced compared to local cafe and bars. The apartment bathroom was very dated and rusty/full of limescale despite the rest of the apartment being more modern. The pool area is really lovely, but the grim all around the inside of the pool wasn’t ideal.

This resort is exactly what I was wanting (and needing) for my trip. Large room with plenty of space. The facilities in the room and at the hotel were fantastic. The staff were super helpful and friendly including via WhatsApp in the lead up to my stay offering suggestions for restaurants and gyms close by. The room was styled well, clean and very comfortable including having black out blinds in the room and comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony. Parking on site was a bonus.

We recently stayed at Sunset Oasis Ibiza Hotel, and honestly, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the lovely Flor and Matt at reception, who instantly made us feel at home. They were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming, and really looked after us throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and set in such a lovely location. Our room was stunning, genuinely one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it went above and beyond what we expected.
If we could give this place more than 10/10, we would.
The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer.
We would absolutely recommend Sunset Oasis Ibiza Hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
Thank you again to Flor, Matt, Sandra, Ray, Dani, and Tito for such an amazing stay. We loved every minute x
