Some reviews seem to suggest people expect luxury. It’s a 3 star hotel, location great, staff friendly, food varied, not always warm but you’ll get something to eat. Good choice of drinks, rooms big enough with good lighting and excellent air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day and towels changed. The resort overall could be a little cleaner but it’s probably the clientele spilling drinks that cause issues. Beautiful views of the bay from building 1 and right next to a taxi rank and water taxi to take you across the bay. If you want better in Ibiza you’ll need to pay more money. I won’t return as it’s not for me, but it was ok for the price.
