Marina Playa Hotel Apartments by Typic Hotels - Adults Only

We had such a fantastic experience at Marina Playa in Ibiza! The manager and the whole team are absolutely amazing, they genuinely go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after. The bar staff in particular were so thoughtful, friendly and funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic too, being so close to the beach, and the DJ was really good - great music and a brilliant atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Marina Playa and will absolutely be back!

Gorgeous property in a perfect location . Staff were amazing

I've stayed here before and love the location—it's quiet and comfortable. As an adults-only spot, it's ideal for us. The pool area is lovely, Bali beds are very comfy, though upgrading the single loungers would help. Food and drinks are good, but bed-side drink service would be a nice addition.

The shower in our room was cold due to a maintenance issue. Although reception arranged for maintenance to inspect it, the problem persisted, and the water remained cold during subsequent attempts. When we returned to reception, staff informed us that the issue had been resolved and suggested we use the communal shower downstairs if we were dissatisfied, which we found unhelpful. The mixer tap appeared to require replacement, yet no apology was offered and our concerns were addressed in a dismissive manner. As a result, we experienced cold or tepid showers during our stay. Additionally, the tiles in the shower area were not clean and there were long hairs present. Also some staff were very happy and happy to help but a couple of the team members seemed grumpy and dismissive.
