Wonderful Christmas vacations break

Excellent and very central location. Spacious apartment newly refurbished and very clean. it was ideal for a family of four. The owner, who managed the apartment, was very helpful and friendly. We would love to go back!!

Good value spacious apartment with a few drawbacks

Close proximity to town centre where there's plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment with plenty of seating and a good number of power points although no USB, so take adaptors. Reserved parking bay. Good size fridge with small freezer compartment. Pretty good access to main roads. We do 3D archery and there were 20 courses within a 15 mile radius.

Trains are noisy if you have the window open. The freight trains also run through the night Insufficient instructions on how to find the apartment meant too much guesswork. You have to find the "Apartment Siebl" buzzer which is in a large doorway at the back of the pizza restaurant. The mattress felt like it was worn out, also a bit "clingy" as if there was a rubberised sheet which made rolling over very hard work! WiFi frequently lost connection. The satellite TV channels (that we wanted to watch) had very poor signal and were unwatchable. There was only 1 English speaking channel, although watching Southpark in German has a certain charm! There is no dvd player or alternative entertainment.

Bardzo wygodny i czysty apartament, wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne. Właściciel czekał na nas żeby przekazać klucze i wszystko nam pokazał. W obiekcie jest przechowalnia nart i miejsce parkingowe. Na dole znajduje się włoska restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem. Lokalizacja w samym centrum, na starówce. Blisko do sklepów, restauracji i kawiarni. Możliwość korzystania z basenu miejskiego w cenie pobytu.

Nach dieser Erfahrung habe ich mein Vertrauen in Booking.com verloren.

Lage war für Krankenhaus-Besuche sehr gut. Nahe zu Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte ud die hübsche Altstadt war ein Bonus. Der Wirt und seine Familie waren äusserst angenehme, hilfsbereite Leute.

Ich war in St. Johann für eine Knie-OP und wusste dass ich am Krücken werde gehen müssen. Deshalb habe ich weit im voraus gefragt, ob die Wohnung barrierefrei ist. Hier war die Antwort:Nichtraucher Zimmer Hallo, wir haben 10 Tage, 17.-27.12. 2025 bei Ihnen gebucht. Ich werde am 19.12. Zeit im Krankenhaus operiert, und mein Mann bleibt im Hotel. Wir brauchen unbedingt ein Nichtraucherzimmer, und so barrierefrei wie möglich. Vielen Dank, Andrea mellis -- 10:45 15. Okt. 2025 Appartement Seibl Sg. Fr. Mellis, selbstverständlich können sie zu Ihrem gewünschten Zeit anreisen, In keinen unsere Fewo . darf geraucht werden.unsere Fewo befindet sich im 1. Stock ist aber barrierefrei. MfG. Familie Seibl Sie können mein Schock vorstellen, als ich gesehen habe , dass eine lange Stiege im 1. Stock führte, und es war kein Lift! Ausserdem, war die Dusche mit einer höhen Kante ausgestattet, die Toilette sehr tief und ohne jegliche Möglichkeit alleine hinzusetzen oder aufzustehen. Der Wirt hat mir erzählt, dass Booking.com mitgeteilt wurde , dass die Wohnung NICHT barrierefrei ist. Also: wer hat uns nicht die Wahrheit gesagt? Die Situation hat eine schwierige Situation sehr viel schlimmer gemacht und ich weiss nicht ob ich je wieder bei Booking.com etwas buchen werde.

Die unkomplizierte Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe. Besonders erfreulich und gut die zentrale Lage. Möglichkeit vor Ort der kostenlosen Nutzung des Nahverkehrs!

Perfekte Lage

Das Haus liegt in zentraler Lage zum Zentrum. Gondelbahn fussläufig in ein paar Minuten (500m) zu erreichen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Ital. Restaurant direkt im Haus. Sehr gutes Essen.
