About this farm stay rental
Our house is in a completely quiet, secluded location, but only a few minutes' walk from the town center. It has 1 new, very nicely furnished apartment with a large south-facing balcony.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs right past the house.
Also some of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol (Steinplatte, Schiwelt Wilder Kaiser ski region Schneewinkel and Kitzbühel) are in the immediate vicinity approx. 5 - 15 minutes by car.
Pure skiing pleasure: Some of the most beautiful ski areas in Tyrol (Steinplatte, Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser,
Ski region Schneewinkel and Kitzbühel) are in the immediate distance approx. 5 - 15 minutes by car.
An entry to a classic and a skater cross-country trail with 275km total trails without trail usage fee are next to our farm.
Guided snowshoe hikes as well as ski tours and a biathlon school are also in our neighborhood.
Summer hikes: Many alpine hikes (Bacheralm, Metzgeralm, Adlerspoint) can be started on foot directly from our house.
The Kaiser Mountains with the Wilder and Niederkaiser can also be reached without a vehicle.
Approximately Our family outdoor pool with slide and mini golf course, as well as a beach volleyball court and the Kaiserquell wellness center are a 5-minute walk away.
Mountain bike: Over 200 km of bike and mountain bike trails lead you to the most beautiful corners of the region, past cozy rest areas and unique natural sites.

Beautifull view, nice balcony. Kind hosts. When you are with 4, 2 people needs to sleep in de living room. This bed is ok.

The place is beautiful, the house is surrounded by nature but close to Kirckdorf and St. Johann in Tirol.
The description of the dwelling on the site is fully equivalent to what we found.
The house is very bright, finished in every detail, new and spotless in every way.
The owners are wonderful people, kind and friendly.
Beautiful bike paths in the area that allow you to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery paesaggistico.Molteplici places to visit: from the tourist centers, the Steinplatte the Triassic Park for children, Tratzberg Castle, the beautiful Pillersee, spectacular waterfalls Krimml, the NaturalPark to
Mittersill, walking and cycling so much! Highly recommend this house, you'll be thrilled!
