- Die super Lage - das man direkt einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat, da dieser dort ebenfalls wohnt - Küchenausstattung
- die „Dusche“, da es sich leider nur um eine Badewanne mit einem Duschkopf handelt (den Duschkopf muss man aber halten, da es dafür keine Halterung auf Kopfhöhe gibt) - an heißen Tagen Hitze sich die Wohnung etwas auf - es kommen vor Ort noch ca. 200€ an Kosten dazu, die so bei der Buchung nicht direkt ganz ersichtlich sind

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkomliziert und der Vermieter zuvorkommend und nett.
Leider mussten wir die Umweltabgabe zwei Mal entrichten (inkludiert in der Buchung und in Bar an den Vermieter) sowie die Endreinigung in Bar an den Vermieter. Letztere war im Buchungspreis nicht angegeben!! Booking.com reagierte bislang trotz Vorlage unserer Nachweise ausweichend und wenig kooperativ, um die zuviel entrichteten Beträge zu erstatten. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.
