Great location just outside the centre of Sankt Johann up a windy mountain road. Fantastic view of the mountains.
We had a great stay but the apartment was advertised as having a shower. There was a good sized bath and a shower head but no shower curtain and the shower head was not long enough to take a shower so we had to have baths. I like baths but for a family of four, it took a while for us all to bathe!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Schlüsselübergabe unkomliziert und der Vermieter zuvorkommend und nett.
Leider mussten wir die Umweltabgabe zwei Mal entrichten (inkludiert in der Buchung und in Bar an den Vermieter) sowie die Endreinigung in Bar an den Vermieter. Letztere war im Buchungspreis nicht angegeben!! Booking.com reagierte bislang trotz Vorlage unserer Nachweise ausweichend und wenig kooperativ, um die zuviel entrichteten Beträge zu erstatten. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.

Achtung Scam! Belvilla verschleiert zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr von 130 Euro.
Vor Ort ist alles prima, Florian ist super und kann nichts dafür, dass Belvilla versucht die Kunden zu scamen.
Wir mussten bei der Ankunft deutlich mehr bezahlen als wir bei der Buchung gesagt bekamen. Es kamen 130 Euro Reinigungsgebühr dazu, die nicht gelistet waren. Außerdem mussten wir die Umweltabgabe doppelt bezahlen. Wir versuchten das im Vorfeld zu klären. Booking.com versicherte uns, dass wir das Geld zurückerhalten würden, da ein Tag vor unserer Ankunft die Beschreibung auf der Seite geändert wurde und die Reinigungsgebühr in keiner Übersicht gelistet war. Wir konnten nur bar bezahlen. Nun versuchen wir seit Wochen das Geld zurück zu erhalten, aber beide Firmen schieben sich gegenseitig die Schuld in die Schuhe und warten darauf, dass wir aufgeben, was wir jetzt auch bald tun, da es einfach nur noch lächerlich ist. Booking.com möchte einen Kontoauszug, den wir nicht haben, da wir nur bar bezahlen durften und die Belege der Unterkunft werden nicht akzeptiert. Belvilla weigert sich zu akzeptieren, dass sie die Kosten nicht offen gelegt haben und es sich hierbei um einen Scam handelt.

Tolle Skitage direkt an der Piste
Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich direkt an der Hauptpiste von St. Johann in Tirol. Man geht aus der Tür, schnallt die Ski an und fährt los. Im Heizungskeller kann man die Skischuhe und nasse Jacken gut trocknen. Der Blick ins Tal und auf den Wilden Kaiser ist großartig. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die Autos stehen in einem Carport. Eine Badewanne ermöglicht ein entspannendes Bad nach einem schönen Skitag und wer Unterhaltung sucht, findet vor der Haustür eine Apres Ski Bar, die jedoch nicht zu laut ist. Der Vermieter ist eigentlich immer vor Ort und wahnsinnig nett und unkompliziert. Kurzum eine richtig tolle Unterkunft.
