Superb

All was nice, friendly, and flexible. Very close to the ski lift. Lovely views of the mountain and snow groomers at night.

It would be nice to have a dishwasher in the apartment. You come for the holidays to relax. -- Better noise insulation for apartments next to the street.

Great place but not kind

Liked a lot the place and the house. We arrived very late at the first day and still the owner treated us very well and nice.

At the third day the owner put a paper on our door facing outside for the all apartments where she wrote we are too loud!!! and that our next door apartment complained about us. And that we need to stay quiet!!! It was very sad for us to get this. Our family is considered to be very quiet in the terms of our country, maybe not for Austria but isn't that the idea of Booking? We are on a vacation coming from different places with different culture and way of behaviors The place should be tolerant for this and not take a side when such things happen. It definitely made a change in our feelings and pretty much ruined our staying at this place.

Everything you need in one spot!

200m from the St Johann ski lift says it all! The appartment had everything, including dishwasher. Very cosy, clean and spacious. The town center is about 1,7km and is totally walkable, taxi to Kitzbuehel will be about 30€ though (on New Years eve).

Furniture and the appliances could be modernised. We are simple people, it wasn’t a problem for us. But the facility could 100% profit from modernising some features.

Very good skiroom. Location was closed to ski lifts. Wonderful view from the window to the mountains.

The location is perfect for Skiing, just within 5 Minutes walking distance. And a parking place is provided, quite good especially during snowing days. Hostess is quite friendly, and always there for any request.

The pillows are a little bit too soft and thin.
