Excellent place to stay for a ski trip if you travel by car.

We were two guests staying in a small apartment within the house. It was spotlessly clean, with comfortable mattresses and an efficient heating system that kept the space warm during the winter. The apartment was easily accessible by car, with parking available right in front of the house and grocery stores 5 min drive away. The shower was clean and newly renovated, and the kitchen, though small, was well-equipped, featuring both capsule and drip coffee machines. There was a ski room (NB: no equipment for to keep your ski boots dry and warm) and plenty of storage space for clothing and other belongings. Additionally, the apartment had a desk with chairs, perfect for using a laptop for work.

The internet connection over WiFi is quite unreliable, with issues such as an unstable connection, a disappearing signal from the router, and download speeds of less than 10-15 MB/s, along with upload speeds of only 1-3 MB/s. This is concerning, especially given the problems with the mobile data network; while 3G is available, the 4G and 5G networks are also unstable, regardless of the operator. Although there's no microwave, the oven can help to some extent.

the perfect home away from home!

Rosmarie is very nice and welcoming. the apartment has everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. super super clean, beds were very comfortable, lovely back-yard, and even a few games for rainy days or bored kids in the -afternoon\evening. there are anti-insects nets on the windows, so we didn't suffer from mosquito-bites. location was great, big supermarkets 5 minutes drive away. a perfect home away from home!

Excellent hosts, very helpful and kind. Nice, clean and well lit apartment, with very good shower and places to sit down (separate kitchen table, working table). We could store our ski equipment in the garage.

Could have been a little bit more equipment in the kitchenette, but it was manageable and the hosts were really kind and responsive.

Extremely congenial hosts and ideal self-catering accomodation

No easy access to the Kirchdorf ski-lift by bus. The taxi fare for the short 1.9 km ride is expensive at 15 euros. The guest-card supplied allows free transportation on all the busses in the local area

Een superschoon appartement op korte afstand van het fietspad.

Een ruime en superschoon appartement met een heerlijk bed en douche, gerund door een lieftallige echtpaar, die altijd bereid zijn informatie over de omgeving te geven. Tevens een keuken voorzien van vele gemakken en een zithoek. Het appartement is gelegen op korte afstand van het fietspad van waaruit je mooie tochten kunt maken.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur makellos sauber, sondern auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders das gemütliche Bett und die ruhige Lage haben für maximale Entspannung gesorgt. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst herzlich, hilfsbereit und haben uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage der Unterkunft war ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen, um alles bequem erreichen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
